Selling your property? Scores of documents to be handed over for verification and deeds to be entered into. We will handle the running around for you and help you relax. We can help you get all the paperwork together and assist you from start to finish till the money is in your bank.

Key Deliverables

- Once you have identified and finalized a buyer for your property, we check the documentation available with you as against that required for completing the sale. If any document is missing, we can procure it for you for a fee. This includes the Encumbrance Certificate, Khata Transfer/Khata Certificate/B- Khata and Property Tax records.

-Our team of empanelled lawyers (external) check the property paperwork for any encumbrance/legal issues to ensure everything is in place for sale.

-Once the EC is obtained, it will be dispatched by courier to your address. International shipping will cost extra.

-The lawyers assist you in drafting or checking the sale agreement that protects your interests and help you close the deal with the buyer based on agreed terms.

Further the lawyers will assist you in drafting or checking the sale deed prior to registration to make sure that the transaction is clean and protects your interests.

Our executive will be physically present with you or your Power of Attorney (PoA) holder at the time of registration. We handhold you through the process to make sure things go smoothly.

- If you cannot be physically present for the registration, we help you give us a specific PoA to represent you on this matter. In the case of NRIs, adjudication of PoA will be necessary and extra charges and stamp fees will apply.

-We will guide you on capital gains computation (if needed) with the assistance of our empanelled Chartered Accountants
